1:1 eCoaching

Current Programs
eSupport Health is pleased to introduce our new eCoaching program, 1:1 virtual health coaching specifically for people living with MS. You will meet your dedicated eSupport Health Coach, all licensed therapists with deep knowledge of MS, virtually each week for 45 minutes. Through this new program, you will receive focused, individualized attention from someone who truly understands what you are going through, and who will be there to support you through your MS journey.

From your first session, your coach will get to know you and help you identify areas to work on together over the next several weeks, with tangible endpoints that will be developed together. Your coach will help you develop personal and health goals tailored specifically to your needs, and guide you step-by-step to implement any lifestyle or behavioral changes that will help you achieve those goals, all at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Our philosophy centers around working together to help you be your best self. We will work as accountability partners, to ensure that your goals are met. Your goals may relate to lifestyle factors like diet, exercise, sleep, or cognition. Or they may be related to the relationships in your life, both personal and professional. This is your time, and it will be spent focusing on your priorities.

There are also a lot of emotional challenges that come with MS. Themes that we work on include acceptance (is it even possible?), frustration and anger, sadness and grief, coping with uncertainty, boundary setting, anxiety and depression, and resilience, among many others.

If you’re looking for dedicated 1:1 support from a licensed professional who truly understands MS and all that comes with it, eSupport Health’s new eCoaching program is the program for you.
